Our business is born out of passion and boasts thirty years of experience. Our work is carried out with passion and organizational technique. It employs a team of very attentive collaborators in carrying out their duties. Every day we try to bring to market new products with ancient flavors to meet the needs of our customers, always remaining tied to our traditions, in fact many of our recipes are quite remote and have entered into production enriching our long list of products only after a careful analysis of ingredients and leavening times.

What has established us over time in addition to the quality of the raw materials has been the careful and due hygiene throughout the production cycle from the preparation of the products to delivery to the various points of sale in which we are present and in this regard our laboratories and our means of transport are equipped with a self-control manual (HACCP) prepared daily and present in the company.
